1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Liqui Moly Advantage system, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Modifications of Terms
Liqui Moly may revise these terms and conditions at any time without notice. By using this system you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms and conditions.
3. Registration and Account Integrity
As part of the registration process, you will establish an account and provide certain personal information to Liqui Moly. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update this information to keep it accurate and complete.
4. Available Countries
The Liqui Moly Advantage app is currently available to users in South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Mozambique, and Swaziland. Please note that accessibility and features might vary by country and some specific functionalities might be limited or unavailable in certain regions. Users are advised to consult local regulations and Liqui Moly representatives for more detailed information on availability and service options in their respective countries.
5. Use and Restrictions
The system may only be used in accordance with these terms and conditions. Specifically, you agree not to misuse the system functionalities for personal gain. This includes, but is not limited to, manipulating features such as spin wheels, or submitting illegible or fraudulent Academy certificates.
6. Data Collection and Privacy
Your use of the Liqui Moly Advantage system allows us to collect and use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed from the Liqui Moly website.
7. Delivery and Claims
7.1 Liability for Damages
Liqui Moly will not be responsible for damages that are not reported immediately upon delivery. Ensure that you inspect all products at the time of delivery and report any issues without delay.
7.2 Home Delivery from Store
If your order does not qualify for direct home delivery and is instead delivered to a store, you or your designated salesperson are responsible for arranging further delivery to your home address. Please note, Liqui Moly is not liable for any damage that may occur during this subsequent transit.
7.3 Delivery Rewards Processing
Rewards for salespeople are processed monthly, typically around mid-month. Please place your orders prior to this period to ensure they are included in the current cycle. Orders placed after this time may be delayed until the next processing period.
7.4 Delivery Inspection
When receiving deliveries via third-party services like Takealot, thoroughly inspect all items for damage before accepting. Once the delivery is accepted, or if the delivery slip is signed, we cannot process returns for non-Liqui Moly branded goods. If any issues are identified, please report them through the app immediately and refrain from accepting the delivery.
7.5 Reporting Mis-delivered Rewards
If you receive a reward that is either incorrect or not meant for you, immediately inform Liqui Moly without opening the product. Quick reporting helps us correct the issue efficiently and maintain the integrity of our incentive plan. Unreported discrepancies will be considered fraudulent and may lead to permanent exclusion from the incentive program.
8. Warranty Claims
Liqui Moly does not process warranty claims. All claims must be addressed directly with the supplier (e.g., Defy, Samsung, Smeg). Liqui Moly acts solely as an intermediary in the sales process.
9. Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Liqui Moly South Africa (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Liqui Moly South Africa (Pty) Ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.
Should you not be satisfied with your order, we offer a refund or exchange for products returned in their original packaging, undamaged, and resalable, with proof of purchase via online transaction. Please note, damaged stock will not be accepted for returns. Additionally, we do not accept returns on clothing items.
10. Software Updates
It is your responsibility to ensure that your version of the Liqui Moly Advantage app is up-to-date to utilize new features and improvements. Failure to update the app may limit your access to these features.
11. Transfer and Resale of Sales
Transferring sales or reselling products to other retail outlets using a registered salesperson’s code is strictly prohibited. Violations discovered during audits may lead to disciplinary actions, including disqualification from incentive benefits.
12. Compliance and Disciplinary Actions
Using the Liqui Moly Advantage app in a manner that aligns with these guidelines is crucial. Any abuse of the app’s features for personal gain will result in permanent disqualification from all incentive benefits offered by Liqui Moly.
13. Termination
Liqui Moly may terminate your access to the system without notice and/or may deny access to the system to anyone at any time, at its sole discretion.
14. Governing Law
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Liqui Moly South Africa (Pty) Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under
this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
